Deuteronomy 31:11-13

11 when all Israel comes ^ato appear before the Lord your God at the place that he will choose, ^byou shall read this law before all Israel in their hearing. 12 ^cAssemble the people, men, women, and little ones, and the sojourner within your towns, that they may hear and learn to fear the Lord your God, and be careful to do all the words of this law, 13 and that their children, ^dwho have not known it, ^emay hear and learn to fear the Lord your God, ^fas long as you live in the land that you are going over the Jordan to possess.”

2 Chronicles 17:7-9

7 In the third year of his reign he sent his officials, Ben-hail, Obadiah, Zechariah, Nethanel, and Micaiah, ^gto teach in the cities of Judah; 8 ^hand with them the Levites, Shemaiah, Nethaniah, Zebadiah, Asahel, Shemiramoth, Jehonathan, Adonijah, Tobijah, and Tobadonijah; and with these Levites, the priests Elishama and Jehoram. 9 And ⁱthey taught in Judah, having the Book of the Law of the Lord with them. They went about through all the cities of Judah and taught among the people.
